66 & 68 Pier Road

Units 66 and 68 Pier Road are two large vacant units which have stood empty for some years. As part of the programme of works funded by LB Bexley and the Mayor of London’s Good Growth Fund, they will be brought into use as a cafe and flexible community space. Early plans for the space are subject to consultation and approvals, they include a family friendly café, provision of a professional training kitchen for hire for local food businesses and cooking sessions for local families.
