66 & 68 Pier Road

Units 66 and 68 Pier Road that have stood empty for some years will be brought into use as a cafe and flexible community space. Early plans for the space are subject to consultation and approvals, they include a family friendly café and bar, provision of a professional training kitchen for hire for local food businesses and cooking sessions for local families.

Together with other projects in the regeneration programme, this project is creating a stronger link between the town and the Pier and also creating a wider mix of uses in the town centre.
