Thank you to everyone who participated in the mosaic workshop at the community event in Riverside Gardens. It was a huge success! We are especially grateful to Katie Surriage and Gallery 32 for providing this fun and educational opportunity to learn mosaic-making skills.
The mosaic workshop is part of the Walnut Tree Road public realm improvement project. Multiple engagement workshops and events have been held with local groups to determine the proposed designs. Local bird species will used to form mosaic patterns and incorporated into the public benches on Walnut Tree Road. Installation is planned for Winter 2025.
