Local people are invited to see how Riverside Gardens, Erith, is going to be improved at this weekend’s Here Comes the Sun Spring Festival at The Exchange.
The designs for Riverside Gardens will be on display at the Creating a Wildlife City Workshop run by local makers Men in Sheds Bexley. This free craft workshop will run from 10am-1pm this Saturday 26th March and offers the opportunity to decorate wooden bat and bird boxes that can be installed in the refurbished Gardens. Members of the Council’s Greater Erith team will be on hand to answer any questions about the planned scheme.
The Spring Festival will run from this Friday 25th March – Sunday 27th March at the Old Library building on Walnut Tree Road. It will host several free craft and gardening workshops, live music, and a pop-up beer and cider bar by Bexley Brewery.
