Walnut Tree Road will be closed to vehicles from Bexley Road/Erith Roundabout (Fish Roundabout) from approximately 8:00am on Thursday, 29 October 2026, until 5:00pm on Friday, 30 October 2026. These closures are necessary to enable planter wall installation works to be carried out safely. Preparatory works will take place between Monday, 26 October and Wednesday, 28 October 2026, but the road will remain open during this time. A signed diversion route will be in place. Access to the train station and local businesses will be maintained at all times. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused during the works.
