Theatrebox Performing Arts School at The Exchange

Children between 7 and 15 are invited to join these fantastic classes run by  Theatre Box Performing Arts School in a very special setting – Erith’s Old Library! Theatre Box was founded from the belief that all children deserve the chance to shine and develop as individuals who have the confidence, self belief and drive to achieve whatever they set their minds to in life.

The founder of Theatrebox, Jade Flannery, will be teaching two classes on Wednesday evenings:

  • 4:15pm – 5:45pm – Musical Theatre

In this class children with or without any experience will be able to join in the singing, dancing and acting. Children will learn and perform from a collection of musicals as well as music old and new. Taught in groups and individually, our classes will build skills in musical theatre as well as improve self-confidence and performance technique.
  • 6:00pm – 7:30pm – Drama

In this class children with or without any experience will be able to join in. Taught in groups and individually, children will learn various methods of drama and acting, utilising scripts and plays. Improv activities are also used to create scenes, develop further confidence and enhance knowledge. Through these Drama classes, children’s social skills are increased and their ability to communicate and express themselves confidently is hugely enhanced.

Jade Flannery has 15 years experience and knowledge of the Performing Arts industry.
